HELPING TO OPEN DOORS WITH BRANDING THAT WORKS

Videcon had a few challenges. They needed stronger, more up-to-date assets to run effective marketing campaigns and position the company as a leader in their industry.

Plus, their hardware company and services company branding looked too similar - there was no clear distinction, making it harder to position them effectively in different markets.

Their existing branding just wasn’t giving them the tools they needed to communicate themselves clearly, stand out, and support sales.

Sounds like a job for Team Cubby.

Digging Deep: Understanding What Videcon Needed

So, we immersed ourselves in Videcon’s world.

We ran brand workshops, focus groups, and on-site visits to understand what their teams valued, what needed to change, and what was worth keeping.

We spoke to sales, marketing, operations and to leadership, and a key (and possibly surprising?) theme emerged: pride. Employees wanted to feel a stronger connection to their brand - some even went as far as wishing for uniforms to be introduced, to reflect their commitment to Videcon outside of work (not everyone, obviously).

This insight shaped our approach, ensuring the new brand wasn’t only about strong visuals, but also about identity and culture.

Creating a Brand That Opens Doors

Videcon operates in security and CCTV, supplying installers and offering tech security services.

We worked closely with them to develop a brand strategy that allowed their services division to stand apart, while still feeling part of the Videcon family - then we delivered a complete brand toolkit for all parts of the business:

Logos & Visual Identity | Brand Guidelines | Tone of Voice | Campaign Concepts | Image Treatments | PowerPoint Presentations | Fonts | Colours | Merchandise | Stationery

With all the tools they needed, Videcon’s teams now have everything to support their sales efforts, engage their customers, and position the company for some serious growth.

Their new brand isn’t just about looking good - it’s about opening doors, building confidence, and making an impact. It does that. And we’re proud to have helped them get there.
